The length of the DisplayPort cable (1 meter) is intended to connect the link box of the HTC Vive Pro directly to the DisplayPort of the graphics card. Of course, the DisplayPort is also compatible with the DVI interface via an optional adapter, which, for example, enables the direct transfer of content from DVD players to TFT screens (only video signals).
