Has anyone managed to get oc scanner to work correctly with a 3090. I get error 22h and then when I do get it to work it says it’s unstable anyway.

If you are taking about afterburner I can't get it to work either. I tried the EVGA auto overclocker but it seems conservative. I ended up using afterburner with manual settings I only got a few fps but will try the scanner again if they fix it.

Yeah I’ve tried afterburner which gives the errors. Gpu tweak just crashes everything after you apply the overclock. Glad to know it’s nothing I’m doing. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Yup, my card is being dispatched from the Bolton place ... the NVIDIA site linked my order to them.

Mine arrived Friday, ita a freaking monster! 400w power limit too as opposed to lower power limits on all the other 2x8pin 3090s so in my book its a full win instead of the asus tuf oc 3090 with its 375w power limit

Yes but all silly prices for rubbish models. All asking £1650 to £1700 for the basic models and the ones that are worth buying are silly money again at moment. :-/ only other one I can find cheap is the Zotac for £1,474.99 but that's the worst 3090 model out of all of them as it has cheap VRM and VBIOS locked limit of 350w and would be to scared to stick a VBIOS with a higher limit on that one and is only 2 x 8pin.

The FEs are coming on sale every week or two and remain there for a few hours now. Sign up for the telegram notification group or a discord that notifies when they go online and its an easy grab. Its only ASUS and EVGA still with long queues which are coming down. The FE isn't open to pre orders so you can snag it as stock lands. I'd imagine by mid december the EVGA and ASUS cards will be mostly filled, at least for 3090.

that OC scanner is crap lol i tried it on my MSI 3090 trio and it black screened my system and i couldnt recover and had to hard reboot... lol

and i couldnt review the results cause everything was reset :/

Yup, it's a chunky boy isn't it ? I received mine and installed it on Saturday. Running perfectly, and had a good time playing MS Flight Sim 2020 and AC:Valhalla over the weekend. Roll on Cyberpunk 2077

I've had my 3090 for about a week but forgot about this thread. I ended up with a Gainward GS 3090 (same card as PNY XLR8 OC) for retail price from another vendor.

She's not very pretty but its massively faster than the non ti 1080 it replaced, and as soon as Alphacool release the Eiswolf 2 aio kit it's having one slapped on it.

I have to say, coming from a 2070 this thing is just insane. Maxing out all the sliders gives a great sense of satisfaction, plus my on and off hobby with blender is sorted. I ran it with Cycles and was blown away at how fast it renders frames. But the best part is when it comes to Machine Learning/Deep learning. All that VRAM for 1500 when a Titan is nearly another grand? It's a no brainer lol.
