Cases & Modding
Overclockers UK boasts one of the largest selections of PC cases in the UK, with an extensive range of sizes and styles. From full tower chassis to Mini-ITX, we have the perfect case for every setup. Notably, our selection includes specialised PC cases such as cube-shaped, noise-dampened, and even benchtables. What’s more, with options from industry leading brands including Kolink, Lian Li, HYTE, Corsair, and more, you’re certain to find the ideal PC case.
Case Form Factors
Full Tower
Full tower cases are specifically engineered to provide maximum support for larger components, such as E-ATX motherboards, and are capable of accommodating multiple radiators for water-cooling. This makes them an ideal choice for PC gamers who seek to utilise high-end components and custom water-cooling loops for both the processor and graphics card.
Mid Tower
Mid tower cases are a great all-rounder. They can accommodate complete water-cooling loops without the larger footprint of a full tower, whilst usually supporting an ATX motherboard. Because of this, they are usually the most popular choice. What’s more, these chassis often come equipped with large glass side panels and RGB fans at an affordable price.
Micro ATX, ITX, and NUC
Micro-ATX (M-ATX), is a smaller form factor than ATX, and can support up to two PCIe devices.
Mini-ITX (ITX) is the smallest, regular consumer motherboard available, and the matching cases make ideal LAN gaming PCs due to their small size and portability.
NUCs (Next Unit of Computing) often come in their own case, but we offer some solutions for restyling yours. These are tiny computers, fit for light home use.
Cube
Cube PC cases are just that. Although sometimes these cases are more rectangular to allow for larger graphics cards. This type of case can often be compact in size to reduce their footprint on your desk. However, some cube PC cases are closer in size to a mid-tower and feature a dual chamber design, meaning unsightly cables and your PSU are tucked away, only displaying the spiciest parts.
HTPC
HTPC cases, short for Home Theatre PC cases, are a type of computer case specifically designed to be subtle and space-saving for use in your living room or home theatre. These cases are intended to blend in seamlessly with your décor with sleek and stylish designs.
Aluminium
Thanks to their sleek and lightweight designs, aluminium PC cases are a great choice for gamers. What’s more, aluminium PC cases benefit from improved heat dissipation, making them ideal for high-end PC hardware.
Noise Dampened
For gamers who need a super silent PC, noise dampened PC cases are a great choice. These chassis are specially designed to allow as little noise as possible to escape and are often equipped with silent case fans.
Benchtables
Designed for ease of access, benchtables are open air cases with no side panels making them ideal for testing hardware or even as a statement piece.
Accessories and Modding
Modding your case with accessories and upgrades is a great way to make your PC truly unique. From PCIe GPU risers for vertical mounting to RGB lighting strips, we stock a huge range of mods for PC cases.
