What Are B-Grade Items?
B-Grade items are products that may have been used, have damaged packaging, missing accessories, or some combination of these factors. For example, a B-Grade motherboard may be missing an I/O shield or marked with light scratches. Any missing or damaged parts will be superficial or cosmetic and will in no way affect operation or performance of the product. B-Grade items are fully operational – if they didn’t work, we wouldn’t sell them! Because they are a little less than factory fresh, they are sold at a reduced price. This means you get the same great performance at a lower price tag.
What Are Open Box Items?
An open box item is a product where the original packaging has been opened, and the product may have been removed. These could be display models or returns. Each item is carefully inspected before listing to ensure they still provide the same excellent performance you’d expect. Once again, these cannot be sold at full value.
What Are Ex-Demo Systems?
Ex-Demo Systems are gaming PCs that we have taken to show off at events or used for content across our website. This can be anything from our OcUK Gaming Series to powerhouse 8Pack PCs. When no longer used for demo purposes, each PC is serviced to ensure they are in good condition and fully operational. What’s more, they are fully assembled, making them ready for shipping straight away! They even come with a one-year collect and return warranty (available for UK mainland).
