Cool!
Installed this on my i7 3770K and have been running it for 6 months now at 4GHZ, no hi temps and no problems just plug 'n' play. The pros with this is that you don't have to fiddle around at the back of the MB. Nice and quiet, the Cons: Well if you really want to seriously overclock your CPU you need to invest in a Watercooled system or a more suffistocated cooler. In my opinion this serves as a decent secure cooler which is a lot better than the Intel stock one when buying a K CPU.
