Good but battery life not as advertised
by EllieSound quality is good, not a bass heavy headset but gives better rounded clarity across the spectrum than more bottom heavy headsets which can have more oomph but often get incredibly muddy as a tradeoff. The utility for managing the device being only available on fractal's website is a bit inconvenient but not a huge deal at all. It does mean other competitors do provide more software based control compared to Fractal's which is fairly basic with some eq and led customisation being all it offers. Biggest issue though is the battery life. It's advertised as up to 40 hours with the leds turned off. I'm experiencing around 15 with them off, which is not just half this estimate but is even significantly under the up to 24 hours estimate with them on that Fractal advertise. This is with podcasts or youtube etc on and off in the background whilst I work, not a constant stream of audio and microphone input from something like a very long gaming session. I might just have a lemon but it's pretty disappointing considering the cost.
