I fitted this to my NV7. It wasn't the easiest thing that I've fitted.
I didn't angle it, I used vertical position. It does sit on the bottom fans of the NV7, and if you have an AIO at the bottom (really? why do that?) it might not fit. If you use the supplied motherboard stand-off (and Nvidia screws) there should be plenty of room - and no sagging.
Once the graphics card is fitted, it's a real pain to remove it from the bracket, thus it loses a star.
My GPU temperatures lowered to 32° idle, and everything looks super amazing without the 12VHPWR cable flapping around. A big thumbs up from me.

Fitted in my NV9 case.
Good:
Great fit.
Motherboard standoff eliminates sag better than the horizontal GPU support bracket that came with the case.
Looks amazing. Fits in well with all the other RGB bits.
Feels good quality.
Having a vertically-mounted GPU has lowered my chipset and RAM running temps by about 15C and 10C respectively.
Bad:
Riser cable is a bit too long.
The proprietary RGB cable isn't long enough to reach the RGB hub that comes with the case. There is an adapter with a standard 3 pin, but it makes the cable absurdly long, and it is not compatible with the case hub. Fortunately I have the D30s at the bottom of the case and I can daisy-chain into those.
The gap giving access to the Display Ports on my GPU is too small for the heads of the cables unless I apply a little bit of tilt. BUT - it isn't Phanteks's fault I have fat cables.
On the whole, I'm very happy with it. The aesthetics are just what I wanted, and as stated above it's improved the cooling of my system significantly.

Not sure about using in Phanteks cases, but in my Antec C8 curve it is perfect, very well made and big enough to look brilliant, virtually the same length as my 4070ti Super :)
