Upgraded Brake Feel

Equip your pedal set with a progressive brake feel thanks to the Heusinkveld Elastomer Kit. This kit has been designed to work with Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint pedal sets sold prior to December 2021. Any bought after that date already contain the new brake elastomers. Engineered to meet the elastomer performance level of those in the Ultimate+ pedal sets, these brake stacks are high durable. In fact, they have been tested for one million cycles and show no degradation. Plus, the feature enhanced rebound and bump characteristics, for a true-to-life driving experience.

Upgrade Kit Contents

The Heusinkveld Elastomer Kit contains four rubber elastomers, of varying lengths and firmness. The four stacks are as follows:

• 1 x 19mm / hard
• 1 x 19mm / soft
• 1 x 28mm / soft
• 1 x 37mm / soft

They can be mixed and matched for a possible six force curves, ranging from soft to stiff feedback. These are the possible configurations:

• 19mm hard
• 19mm soft
• 28mm soft
• 37mm soft
• 19mm and 28mm soft
• 19mm and 37mm soft

Each elastomer has its firmness and length printed onto the top face, for easy and quick identification. What’s more, they work with all the other existing components of the brake stack – such as the black discs and spacers. As such, these components can remain on your brake pedal and you only need to instal the new elastomers.

Please note that once you have installed this upgrade kit on your Sim Pedals Sprint, recalibration will be required. The SmartControl Live software offers an easy-to-follow calibration wizard for just this.
