I'm fairly unbiased when it comes to graphics cards. AMD/NVIDIA it's what ever is the best bang for my buck, and this certainly is.
Regarding looks I don't think the promotional pictures do it justice, it isn't anywhere near as garish in real life and is definitely not cheap and nasty in construction of either the cooler or the board itself.
I've not experienced any coil whine as yet, it undervolts fine, and after replacing a 3060ti with this card it is good to be back on the AMD drivers, which at least in my setup I find flexible, easy to use and without issue (not that i've had issues with the 3060ti, but doing everything in place is not to underestimated).
Excellent performance (at 1440p/165Mhz) and easily to tune and above all quiet.
In the current climate where I don't see this card being bettered for price/performance it is a bargain.

If you looking for 1440p gaming card this is perfect choice for you. Very good price/performance.
If you looking for device that will warm your room for winter, it's bad choice - it stays cool most of the time :)
Very good buy overall.
6900 XT wrecks the 3070 I had previously.

Is good yes.
2 free games, big games at that! Yes.
Fast ASF GPU, yes.
1440P and not too bothered by RT, and want high refresh FPS? Yes.
The card it's self the ASrock Phantom Gaming is a brilliant card, although my particular one exhibits some coil whine when gaming at very high frames, it is a well behaved card audiably and responds well in the AMD drivers to fan tuning if you need it.
The RGB on the card is not obnoxious, you can turn it off with a flick of a switch but inside my already boring looking Corsair 4000 D it makes a change, it visually is a lot more pleasing than my previous RTX 3070.
The 6900 XT is also far far far more stable than the previous 5700 XT I owned, not a single driver issue.
