With the Kailh switches, Glorious has developed interchangeable key switches for its GMMK (Glorious Modular Mechanical Keyboard). There they are particularly easy to use, but they can of course be used on other keyboards or DIY projects.
The Kailh switches are compatible with SMD LEDs and can be illuminated through the transparent housing. Through the MX (+) port, the switches can also be used in keyboards equipped with Cherry MX switches. To ensure the highest possible compatibility, Cherry MX Keycaps are also compatible. With a lifetime of 70 million attacks, the Kailh switches are extremely durable.
The switches from Kailh have a box that surrounds the cross, on which the key caps are attached. This ensures that the Keycaps less wobble than conventional mechanical key switches.
Kailh Box White switches are very tactile and, in addition to a very precise switching point, also give you a noticeable and audible click. So, these are mainly switches which are ideal for frequent writers. Typing is a pleasure with these buttons. But even gaming is possible with the white switches at a high level.
