- OPTIMAL TEMPERATURES: The heatsink is designed for operating temperatures between -20 °C and ~ 180 °C and ensures optimal temperatures even under heavy workloads
- INCLUDED THERMAL PADS: Silicone thermal pads (conductivity 1.5 W/mK) are supplied in duplicate. These serve to dissipate the heat loss of electronic components
- ADAPTABLE: The ICY BOX heatsink can be used on motherboards thanks to its compact design. It does not interfere with other components

Thermal pads
A thermal pad is used - similar to thermal paste - to better dissipate the heat loss of electronic components.

Cooling fins
The aluminum thermal fins provide an increased surface area that can emit more heat to the surrounding air, further improving performance.
