The NH-L9i-17xx chromax.black is a quiet, low-profile CPU cooler from Noctua with an extremely flat design. The pre-installed 92 mm fan is only 14 mm high, making the NH-L9i-17xx chromax.black particularly suitable for HTPC and Mini-ITX cases. In addition, this version comes in an all-black stealth design.
The low-profile cooler is ideal for Mini-ITX and HTPC cases where flat but powerful coolers are required. Due to its compact designit also achieves maximum compatibility with mainboards and memory modules. Thanks to the large cooling surface, the cooling performance of the 37 mm high top blower is also convincing. This effectively dissipates the waste heat from the processor so that it can develop its full performance.
The pre-installed fan is a very quiet, 92 mm slim model with a 4-pin PWM connector. With a maximum of 23.6 dB(A), up to 2,500 rpm and a flow rate of 57.5 m³/h, it shows surprisingly good values for its size. It can be controlled by the mainboard with the PWM signal. The automatic adjustment regulates the fan depending on the power requirement.
Thanks to the SecuFirm2 mounting system, the NH-L9i-17xx chromax.blackparticularly easy to install and sits very firmly and stably on the processor. Even computers that are transported regularly experience a higher level of security. In addition, the assembly kit is suitable for all modern sockets from Intel's LGA17xx family.
