Service was great, I got it alot sooner than I was expecting. The car itself is awesome, good performance, solid build quality. No complmaints whatsoever.
Fantastic card. I jumped from a 1080ti and to my surprise it smashes it out the park, playing cyberpunk 2077 on maxed out everything, half life Alyx maxed out, all with ray tracing on. Look superb. Worth the buy, one thing to note though which is why its a 9 not a 10. It was so heavy that it started to bend slightly, I had to buy a support bracket to keep it straight on my motherboard which is a Z490 TUF.
The card looks and feels premium. The cooler is very proficient at keeping the card quiet and cool. I think it has just the right amount of RBG. Cannot beat this model if you can snag it at MSRP.
