Price point was good when I bought and the card is solid. Inno3D do good builds in my personal experience.

Pretty Dang Good Card For The Price

by Ryden star_border star star star star

As other reviews say, this was the cheapest available card, and I bought it for that reason as well as the the GPU being an exactly 2-slot card which I needed for my SFF build (small form factor). The price point (at this current point in time) is amazing as, the 3070 Ti is a few percentiles behind the RTX 3080 in performance; and you can get this card for cheaper than what an RTX 3080 would retail for at MSRP (£750 in an ideal world). For a cheap card, it's build quality is phenomenal. The fan shroud is made out of presumably brushed aluminium which has a gunmetal finish to it, making it look and feel industrial. The backplate is also made of a similar material, and makes the whole product feel premium, which certain cards like Gigabyte and MSI appear to not offer. My only gripe with this card, are the fans. After 50% fan speed on all fans, they do get audible, and the sound isn't too nice as it increases. I believe that is the motor of the fan, but I'm not quite too sure. Making sure you are feeding fresh air into the card is top priority unless you like whiny fans. All in all, if you're on a budget and are making a SFF build, I would highly recommend getting your hands on this GPU just due to it's size and performance, though do be ready to have a loud card if it isn't adequatly cooled. If you have a midtower or bigger, I would recommend going for alternative brands such as ASUS, EVGA or MSI.
