This board was recommended to me by the good people of the OCUK forums. It was an excellent recommendation - everything is well laid out, labelled and there's a comprehensive manual and on-line links too.
Modern CPUs do not need to be overclocked and that is the only real benefit of spending a lot more for a Z board. This had everything I needed for a fairly futureproof build, I plan to max it out with 14th gen i9, it has 2 cpu 8 pins which may be needed for next gen, great VRM, plus PCIe5 and DDR5. Also has 3 m.2 slots which is amazing as these superfast storage get cheaper and cheaper. I paired this with an MSI Gungnir 110R case and it was up and running easily with out of the box ARGB from the case controller. Highly recommend.
I've recently upgraded my overhaul build from 7th generation Intel to 12th generation. The following features with ddr5 ram compaibility, bluetooth and wireless capabilities make it great value for money as well as futureproofing the overhaul build, having the option to upgrade to 13 generation Intel CPUs. Having 3 nvme slots is also a bonus, compared to just one slot on my older board. During the actual "building" process, everything on the motherboard is labled for new builders, the manual makes it very clear on how to proceed each step. There are even YouTube video links on each step. The only issue I encountered was trying to connect to the internet during Windows 11 setup, had to resort to an ethernet cable. The wireless capibilities worked after installing the correct drivers. With a great price, I highly recommend
