Properties:
The Ryzen 7000 Delid-Die-Mate is a tool to safely delid the Ryzen 7000 processors. By removing the heat spreader, the CPUs can be cooled via Direct Die,for example. With the Direct Die, the CPU cooler is mounted directly on the CPU chiplets and the I/O die, which enables a significantly optimised heat transfer.

So this is VERY well made, as is expected from Thermal Grizzly and worked great! Ok so it is a little expensive if you use it as a one time thing, but you could buy one second hand or sell it when you are done. I think l will be keeping it as it 'should' work with all the AM5 CPUs coming (I would guess)
A bit on the pricey side, but top quality and does the job well!
