I havent built a PC for many years, but when the new AMD Ryzens were released, I thought the time was right. I looked at all of the available boards, and decided to go for an X570 to give me the most up to date options for upgrades and overclocking. Of all of the X570 boards, I chose this one as it has inbuilt wifi, M2 heat sink and above all, very reasonably priced. I can honestly say, the board has not disappointed in the slightest. The inbuilt wifi is dual band, and is strong enough to connect without the antennas attached (although they are attached) and it connects at full speed to my 200 mbps wifi. The USB is up to date, with lots of options. The nice feature is the BIOS flash update can update the bios directly from a USB without any OS or going into the BIOS.I can honestly say I am delighted with the motherboard really easy to use / install, lots of up to date features including the fastest M2 drive options too and I would recommend this to anyone.
Excellent Motherboard, packed with everything you need

Decided to upgrade my PC after a five year period... From years of having relied upon Intel Processors I chose to take the plunge and go for the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X which of course meant that I would have to choose a new MotherboardAfter weeks of searching both written reviews and those on YouTube I decided to go for this; the MSI MPG x570 Gaming Edge and after a few days of having it intalled in my rig I can safely say that I'm not disappointed by any means!!Firstly installation; Couldnt have been easier with the case that I chose to use, all pin connectors were laid out clearly without once having to refer back to the Manual that was provided... This of course saved time and effort on having to hunt around and worry about what goes where (Especially as this was only my second ever build!!) - Processor too was very straight forward in terms of installation and with no pins on the Mobo it meant there was no risk of damaging both CPU and Mobo at this stage!!Poweing up the system and BIOS instantly impressed, on my previous Mobo I had to go into the actual BIOS itself before I could boot the USB drive that had my Operating System on, for this product though there was no messing around with the computer instantly recognising and loading the appropriate softwareSince setting up the system I've only had to refer back to the BIOS the once, this was to slightly amend fan speed which was extremely simple to amend... Leaving me one very satisfied customer with MSI, the fact that this Mobo came with Wifi was another selling point for me, with only a handful of x570's on the market right now this is by far the cheapest to come with said feature, certainly saves messing around with extra adapters etc. whilst maintaining bandwidth speeds!!
Great board with all the features you'll ever need

Pros:Lots of USB PortsOn-board Wi-Fi2 x M.2 slotsGood RAM supportBluetoothEverything someone building a gaming PC would realistically needValue for moneyCons:Motherboard fan, but this is the same on all x570 boards other than the top modelsOriginally was considering a B450 or x470 chipset board but decided to go for the X570 chipset as I look to build a long term PC, going for the latest tech I believe will give me the longest use out of the PC. The performance gains at the moment are small, but in theory these could improve over time with new drivers / bios updates. Also having PCI Express 4.0 is a bonus for future proofing upgrading just the graphics card. Decided to go for MSI as my last board was MSI and has been running well for nearly 5 years. Both this and my previous board have an easy to use BIOS and windows utilities. Over all this board was easy to install and comes with all the features someone building a gaming PC could ever need.
